We’ve upgraded our Contact Center!
We’re excited to share that we’ve upgraded our Contact Center to improve your experience! We’re always looking for more ways to create a valuable banking experience for our Members and are excited about these changes. Here’s what’s new:
- Call queue improvements. We’ve made it easier to select the option that best fits your need so you can get to the right Team Member quickly.
- Security. We’ve enhanced our Contact Center to make it more secure, faster, and convenient!
- Spanish options. We’re excited to provide a Spanish option for our Contact Center! When you call in, you’ll be given the option to continue with English or Spanish.
- Improved callback options. Don’t have time to wait on hold? No worries! You now have the option to have one of our agents call you back. Plus, we’ll save your spot in the queue so you don’t lose your place!
Upgrades to CentraPhone
In addition, these upgrades include enhancements to CentraPhone!
Here’s what’s new:
- Quick access to your current balance, last deposit, and last withdrawal.
- The option to speak with a live agent if you need further assistance.
- Enhanced safety and security to help keep you and your financial information safe!
With CentraPhone, there’s no need to wait on hold for account information! We hope you’ll enjoy these enhancements to CentraPhone as much as we do.
