Centra closes on Scottsburg property

Centra has closed on a new property in Scottsburg. The 5-acre lot, located adjacent to the Centra Interactive Teller Machine (ITM) at 1050 N Gardner St, will be the site of a new, combined Centra location. This new location will offer Members convenient access to Centra’s services with additional offices for mortgage lenders, business services and Centra Financial Services.

“We are excited by the support our Members provide us in the community,” Centra President and CEO Rick Silvers said. “This new location represents a long-term commitment to Scottsburg and we look forward to serving the needs of our Members, and future Members, for years to come.”

Construction on the new location is currently scheduled to begin in the summer of 2024 with an anticipated opening date during the summer of 2025. Once the new location is complete, all Team Members at the existing Scottsburg locations will be relocated to this combined, larger space.

Plans for the ITMs at Centra’s Walmart location are still being finalized.
