Centra Team Members Donate $2,500 Grants to Local Non-Profits
Each year, numerous non-profit organizations receive grants from the Centra Foundation to help continue their missions to serve their communities. Every organization is nominated by Centra Team Members who feel passionate about the work these groups do within our Communities.
“Centra strives to create value for our Members, Team Members, and the Communities we serve,” Centra President and CEO Rick Silvers said. “We’re grateful for these organizations that provide much needed services within our Communities and supporting them is an honor.”
“Centra Team Members are really involved in our Communities, and they love being able to support the causes they care about through this program. Non-profit organizations are valuable assets to our Communities, and we’re excited to help them achieve their missions,” said Centra Community Involvement Officer Jenni Carr.
This year, the program will be providing grants to support 39 non-profits for a total of $107,500 in donations. Some of the organizations receiving these grants include Foundation for Youth, Advocates for Children, C.A.R.E. (Community Animal Rescue Effort), Hope of Southern Indiana, Joy of Giving, American Red Cross, New Hope Service, and many more!
