Expanding Our Branch Hours

I want to thank you for your continued understanding as we have updated our hours and operations to help slow the spread of COVID-19 in our communities. Your patience throughout these changes has helped us protect our Members, Team Members, and neighbors while continuing to serve you.

Each change we made was based on research and recommendations from public health and government officials. Now that Indiana is beginning to reopen, we will continue to follow experts’ advice on how to gradually and safely return to more normal operations.

We believe the first step is to expand our branch hours, beginning on Monday, May 11.

Centra is in the process, like many other institutions, of installing protective shields to protect you and our Team Members. Once these are in place within the next few weeks, we plan to expand branch lobby access in a manner that will continue to promote a safe operating environment for everyone. We will share further details with you in the near future.

We will continue to prioritize your health and safety by maintaining our cleaning and sanitation processes and closely following COVID-19 prevention measures from the CDC. Our Team Members are doing everything in their power to help keep you healthy, and we ask that you do the same for them. This is one step in a gradual plan to return to normal operations. As we begin the process, I’m once again asking for your flexibility. This is an unprecedented situation, and we must be prepared to slow down or change the process based on how the COVID-19 pandemic evolves.
