Protect your information with digital banking!
With the chaos of daily life, the last thing you want to have to worry about is a fraudster gaining access to your account. Thankfully, there are several digital banking features that you can use to protect your information from no-good scammers.
- Two-Factor Authentication. This security feature sends a one-time code via SMS or phone call each time you log in to digital banking. To enable this feature and protect your information, simply log in to digital banking on a web browser and choose ‘Settings’ under the ‘Settings’ menu. From there, click ‘Security’ and scroll down to ‘Two-Factor Authentication.’ You can then turn on the option to require two-factor authentication for each login.
- Account alerts. Setting up alerts for account activities such as deposits and withdrawals can help you stay in-the-know on what’s coming in and going out of your accounts. To manage your account alerts, choose ‘Alerts’ under the ‘Account Services’ menu. You can review the alert options under each category, including accounts, and turn on the alerts that matter to you. Alerts are available as emails, text messages, or push notifications to your device.

When your information is accurate, you can have peace of mind knowing you won’t miss out on important account notices or information.
